Head of Special Jakarta Regional Tax Office IRAWAN Born in Jakarta on August 22, 1967, Irawan began his career at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as a Civil Service Candidate in March 1988. A graduate of the Diploma III and IV Accounting Programs at STAN, he later pursued postgraduate studies and earned a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, United States, through a government-sponsored study assignment. Irawan has a long and comprehensive track record in various strategic positions within the DGT. His early leadership experience as Head of Division of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations at Central Sumatra Regional Tax Office in 2006 laid a solid foundation for his subsequent roles. Following his tenure as Head of East Jakarta Medium Taxpayers Tax Office and Head of Sub-Directorate of VAT Regulation for Industries, Irawan was entrusted with the position of Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs in 2013. His expertise in regulation and enforcement led to his appointment as Director of Tax Regulations I in the same year. In 2016, he began serving in key regional leadership roles as Head of East Java II Regional Tax Office, followed by Head of Central Java I Regional Tax Office, before returning to headquarters as Director of Tax Audit and Collection in 2019. Since April 2022, he has held the position of Head of Special Jakarta Regional Tax Office, a critical unit managing large and complex taxpayers at the national level. For his dedication and integrity, Irawan has received several awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya XX Medal from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, recognition for ten consecutive years of Unqualified Audit Opinions (WTP) on financial reports (2011–2020), and acknowledgment for his contributions in the 2017 Best Regional Office Selection of the Ministry of Finance. With more than 35 years of experience, Irawan is recognized as a visionary leader and technocrat committed to strengthening national tax governance.

Head of Aceh Regional Tax Office PARYAN, Ak., M.M. Born in Blora on May 10, 1971, Paryan began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in March 1992. He completed Diploma III and IV in finance with a specialization in Accounting at STAN, then pursued a Master of Management degree at Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka, followed by a Doctoral Program in Economics at Universitas Gunadarma, Jakarta. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions, including Head of Cileungsi Tax Office, Head of North Bekasi Tax Office, and Head of Cibinong Tax Office. He was later entrusted to lead the Subdirectorate of Tax Collection at the Directorate of Tax Audit and Collection, before serving as Head of Batam Medium Taxpayers Tax Office. Since May 2024, he has been serving as Head of Aceh Regional Tax Office, a senior echelon II assignment. During his career journey, he has received numerous awards for performance, innovation, and organizational achievements, and was conferred the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medals for X, XX, and XXX Years of Service by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. |

Head of North Sumatra I Regional Tax Office Dr. ARRIDEL MINDRA, SP.I., M.Si. Born in Padang Panjang on August 24, 1970, Dr. Arridel began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1991. With a strong academic background, he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, followed by a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada, where he also successfully completed his Doctoral Program. Throughout his career, Dr. Arridel has held various strategic positions within the DGT, particularly in the areas of valuation, extensification, and supervision. He served as Head of the Subdirectorate of Imposition at the Directorate of Land and Building Tax (PBB) and Duties on the Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB), and later as Head of the Subdirectorate of Valuation II at the Directorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation. He was subsequently entrusted to lead the Yogyakarta Tax Office and Semarang Candisari Tax Office. Dr. Arridel also served as Head of Division of Registration, Tax Extensification, and Valuation at Central Java I Regional Tax Office before returning to the Directorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation as Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Extensification. His leadership continued to be recognized with appointments as Head of several RegionalTax Offices, including Papua and Maluku; Papua, West Papua, and Maluku; South, West, and Southeast Sulawesi; and most recently, since November 2, 2023, as Head of North Sumatra I Regional Tax Office. For his dedication and more than three decades of service, Dr. Arridel has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medals for X, XX, and XXX Years of Service by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. His consistent academic and professional record, along with his significant contributions to organizational development, have established him as a key figure in strengthening the national tax system, particularly in the fields of extensification and valuation. |

Head of North Sumatra II Regional Tax Office ANTON BUDHI SETIAWAN, S.P., M.M. Born in Kebumen on July 7, 1969, Anton Budhi Setiawan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional in 1993 and later completed his postgraduate studies, obtaining a Master’s degree in Management from the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2001. He began his career as a Civil Service Candidate at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on September 1, 1995. His early assignments included serving as Head of Subsection at the West Medan Tax Office in 1998 and later as Operations Coordinator at the same office in 2001. In 2002, he became Head of the Revenue and Objection Section at the Karawang Tax Office, followed by his role as Head of Subdivision of Personnel at East Java III Regional Tax Office starting in 2004. In 2007, he was assigned as Head of Section of Supervision and Consultation II at Jakarta Mampang Prapatan Tax Office before moving to the Jakarta Tamansari Dua Tax Office in the same year, holding the same position. In 2011, he was appointed as Head of Tenggarong Tax Office, then in 2012 as Head of Balikpapan Medium Taxpayers Tax Office, and subsequently as Head of Balikpapan Tax Office in 2015. In 2016, he served as Head of Large Taxpayers One Tax Office and later, in 2020, assumed the position of Head of Division of Sata and Potential Supervision at Central Jakarta Regional Tax Office. In 2022, he was appointed as Head of Subdirectorate of Intelligence Operations at Directorate of Tax Intelligence. Finally, on September 2, 2024, he was officially appointed as Head of North Sumatra II Regional Tax Office. In recognition of his dedication and integrity throughout his career, Anton Budhi Setiawan has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medals for X Years (2006) and XX Years (2023) of Service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. He also received a Certificate of Appreciation from Director General of Taxes (2016), an award from Ministry of Finance for exceeding 100% of revenue targets (2018), and was named Best Primary Tax Office Head Level II (2017). Under his leadership, the unit he managed earned the title of Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Zone (2019). In 2024, he was selected as a Transformation Ambassador of the Ministry of Finance by the Directorate of Business Process Transformation in recognition of his commitment to supporting bureaucratic reform and public service excellence. Additionally, he actively participates in professional training and competency development programs, such as the Transformational Leadership Program, and serves as a speaker in tax socialization activities, including sessions for teachers and educational institutions, as a tangible contribution to improving tax literacy in society. |

Head of Riau Regional Tax Office ARDIYANTO BASUKI, S.E., M.Com Born in Surabaya on March 4, 1973, Ardiyanto Basuki began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1999. Throughout his career, he has held various important and strategic positions. His leadership journey began as Head of Mempawah Tax Office, followed by his appointment as Head of the Subdirectorate of Tax Regulation Harmonization at Directorate of Tax Regulations II. He also served as Head of Public Listed Company Tax Office and Head of Oil and Gas Industry Tax Office. Since May 31, 2024, he has been serving as Head of Riau Regional Tax Office. Academically, Ardiyanto holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, from Universitas Trisakti. He later pursued postgraduate studies and earned a Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia. His dedication and contributions to taxation are further reflected in the various awards he has received and his active participation in national and international seminars and forums. He was once recognized as the Best Tax Office Head in West Kalimantan, contributed to the publication Gemilang 2021, and was part of the writing team for Cerita Inspirasi Transformasi dan Inovasi. Additionally, he actively participated in numerous fiscal policy and tax reform seminars, including international annual meetings such as the 49th SGATAR.

Head of Riau Islands Regional Tax Office IMANUL HAKIM, Ak., M.S.F. Born in South Jakarta on October 18, 1967, Imanul Hakim began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on March 1, 1988, at the Ministry of Finance. From the outset of his career, he has consistently demonstrated dedication and integrity in carrying out his duties, earning the trust to hold various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). He has served as Head of Tuban Tax Office, Head of Subdirectorate of Specific Transactions Audit at Directorate of Tax Audit and Collection, and led several major tax offices, including Jakarta Tanah Abang One Tax Office, Oil and Gas Industry Tax Office, and Large Taxpayers One Tax Office. At the regional leadership level, he served as Head of Aceh Regional Tax Office and currently holds the position of Head of Riau Islands Regional Tax Office since November 2, 2023. Academically, he completed his Diploma III and IV in Finance with a specialization in Accounting at the Indonesian State College of Accountancy (STAN). He later earned a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States, through an official study assignment program. Head of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Islands Regional Tax Office Ir. TARMIZI, M.Si. Born in Medan on November 11, 1967, Tarmizi is a senior official at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) with extensive experience in the field of taxation. He was appointed as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on October 1, 1993, marking the beginning of his service at the Ministry of Finance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Sumatra and later pursued a master’s degree in Development Economics at Gadjah Mada University through an official study assignment program. Tarmizi’s career advanced rapidly, beginning with his appointment as Head of Division of Tax Cooperation, Extensification, and Valuation at Riau and Riau Islands Regional Tax Office in 2010. He was later entrusted with the role of Head of Division of General Affairs at the same regional office. Subsequently, he was assigned to lead several key tax service offices, including Teluk Betung Tax Office, Cilegon Tax Office, and Foreign Investment Five Tax Office, demonstrating his expertise in managing complex tax service operations. His leadership trajectory continued as he was appointed Head of Aceh Regional Tax Office in 2019, followed by Head of South and Central Kalimantan Regional Tax Office in 2021, and since 2023, Head of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Islands Regional Tax Office. Head of the Bengkulu and Lampung Regional Tax Office RETNO SRI SULISTYANI Born in Pacitan on October 7, 1968, Retno Sri Sulistyani began her service at the Ministry of Finance as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on October 1, 1993. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, majoring in Socio-Economics, from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) and later pursued postgraduate studies at The City University London, United Kingdom, where she obtained a Master of Arts in Economics. Her career at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) reflects consistent progress through various strategic roles, particularly in general affairs, planning, and organizational management. She previously served as Head of General Affairs at Center for Taxation Data and Document Processing and at the Special Region of Yogyakarta Regional Tax Office. She later assumed roles as Head of Yogyakarta Tax Office, Head of Division of Planning and Human Resources Development, and Head of Division of Organization and Governance. Her expertise in strategic management and organizational transformation led to her appointment as Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Office in 2022. As of June 13, 2025, she has been entrusted with the leadership of Bengkulu and Lampung Regional Tax Office, making her one of the senior female leaders with an extensive track record in strengthening organizational governance within the Directorate General of Taxes. Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Offices ARIF MAHMUDIN ZUHRI, S.H., M.Si Born in Grobogan on July 2, 1970, Arif Mahmudin Zuhri earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Diponegoro University in 1993 and continued his postgraduate studies at Gadjah Mada University, where he obtained a Master of Science degree in 2001. He began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1996. His first administrative position came in 2011 when he was appointed Head of Subdirectorate of General Provisions and Tax Procedures and Tax Collection with Coerce Warrant Regulations at Directorate of Tax Regulations I. He subsequently served as Head of Division of Human Resource (2014) and Head of Division of Job Rotation and Stratification (2016). He later assumed field duties as Head of Serpong Tax Office in 2016, before being assigned as Head of Division of Tax Objections, Appeals, and Deductions at West Kalimantan Regional Tax Office of in 2019. In 2021, he returned to headquarters as Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Regulations Harmonization at Directorate of Tax Regulations II. His career at the senior executive level began in 2023 when he was appointed Head of North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo, and North Maluku Regional Tax Office. On September 2, 2024, he was entrusted to lead as Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Office. Throughout his service, he has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya X Year Medal (2014) and XX Year Medal (2017) by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, recognizing his dedication and loyalty in carrying out his duties within the Directorate General of Taxes.

Head of Central Jakarta Regional Tax Office Dr. EDDI WAHYUDI, S.T., M.M Born in Semarang on June 1, 1971, Dr. Eddi Wahyudi began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1998. Throughout his career, Dr. Wahyudi has held various key positions at both regional and headquarters levels. He previously served as Head of Division of Tax Cooperation, Extensification, and Valuation at West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Office before being appointed Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Extensification at Directorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation. He later served as Head of Pondok Aren Tax Office and subsequently as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs. His leadership further advanced with appointments as Head of Bengkulu and Lampung Regional Tax Office, followed by Head of North Sumatra I Regional Tax Office. Since November 2, 2023, he has served as Head of Central Jakarta Regional Tax Office. Dr. Wahyudi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) Yogyakarta and a Master’s degree in Management from Gadjah Mada University. He later obtained a Doctorate in Business Management from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB). In his pursuit of professional development, he has participated in numerous training programs, workshops, and certification courses, both domestically and internationally. These include the Transformational Leadership Program, Comparative Tax Policy and Administration at Harvard Kennedy School, and the Professional Certificate in Strategy Execution from GML Performance Consulting. He has also completed programs in leadership, organizational development, conflict management, coaching, and structured interviewing. For his contributions and dedication, Dr. Eddi Wahyudi has received several accolades, including Cum Laude Graduate and Second Best Academic Achievement Award from UII Yogyakarta, as well as the Integrity Zone (ZI) – Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and Clean Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM) Award from the Ministry of Finance for North Sumatra I Regional Tax Office under his leadership in 2022. |
