Head of Central Java II Regional Tax Office TEGUH BUDIHARTO, S.H., L.L.M.Tax. Teguh Budiharto began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in October 1993. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada and later obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation from Leiden University, the Netherlands, through an official study assignment program. Throughout his career, Teguh Budiharto has held various strategic positions, including Head of the Subdirectorate of Tax Collection at the Directorate of Tax Audit and Collection, and Head of Subdirectorate of General Provisions and Tax Procedures and Tax Collection with Coerc Warrant Regulations at Directorate of Tax Regulations I. He also served as Head of Surakarta Tax Office before being appointed as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs at the DGT Head Office. He later served as Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Office and as Director of Objection and Appeal. Following this, he assumed the roles of Head of Central Java I Regional Tax Office and Director of Tax Regulations II. As of June 13, 2025, he serves as Head of Central Java II Regional Tax Office. In recognition of his dedication, Teguh Budiharto has received several honors, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX Year Medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

Head of Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) Regional Tax Office Dra. ERNA SULISTYOWATI, M.T. Erna Sulistyowati began her service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1992. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, and later pursued postgraduate studies at the same university, obtaining a Master’s degree in Engineering through a government-sponsored study program. She has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes, starting as Head of Sintang Tax Office, followed by assignments at Tax Offices Penajam, Surakarta, and Semarang Barat. With her extensive experience, she was subsequently entrusted with leading several Regional Tax Offices, including Bengkulu and Lampung, West Jakarta, and West Java I. She currently serves as Head of Special Region of Yogyakarta Regional Tax Office. In recognition of her dedication and service, she has received several prestigious awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In 2020, she was named a Change Pioneer for her leadership in developing an Integrity Zone towards WBK status by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB). In 2024, she also received third place in the Best Employee Advocacy Amplifier category for Echelon II Units within the Directorate General of Taxes. |

Head of East Java I Regional Tax Office MAX DARMAWAN Max Darmawan earned his Master’s degree in Taxation at the University of Denver, United States, through a government-sponsored study assignment. He was appointed as a Candidate Civil Servant (CPNS) in March 1995, and since then, he has dedicated his career to the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), serving in various assignments at tax offices, regional tax offices, and the head office. His leadership journey began as Head of Karikpa. He was subsequently entrusted with the roles of Head of Medium Taxpayers Tax Office, Head of the Subdirectorate, Head of Tax Office, and Head of Division. Following these roles, he was assigned as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs at the DGT Head Office. In 2021, he was promoted to Echelon II as Head of Regional Tax Office. On September 2, 2024, he has been entrusted with the position of Director of Tax Data and Information. Since February 2026, he has been entrusted as Head of East Java I Regional Tax Office. In recognition of his dedication and contributions, he has received several awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X and XX year medals from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, the Nagara Dana Abyakta Award for significant contributions to the empowerment of MSMEs, as well as multiple awards for outstanding performance in revenue collection and financial management within the DGT. With a strong background in supervision, taxpayer services, dispute resolution, and data and information management, Max Darmawan is widely recognized as a professional figure committed to enhancing data quality and strengthening information systems in support of optimizing national tax revenue. |

Head of East Java II Regional Tax Office Dr. ARRIDEL MINDRA, SP.I., M.Si. Dr. Arridel began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1991. With a strong academic background, he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, followed by a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada, where he also successfully completed his Doctoral Program. Throughout his career, Dr. Arridel has held various strategic positions within the DGT, particularly in the areas of valuation, extensification, and supervision. He served as Head of the Subdirectorate and was subsequently entrusted to lead some Tax Offices. Dr. Arridel also served as Head of Division before continued to be recognized with appointments as Head of several Regional Tax Offices, and most recently, since February 2026, as Head of East Java II Regional Tax Office. For his dedication and more than three decades of service, Dr. Arridel has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medals for X, XX, and XXX Years of Service by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. Head of East Java III Regional Tax Office LINDAWATY, S.E., M.Si Lindawaty earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Science degree. She began her service as a Civil Servant Candidate at the Directorate General of Taxes in March 1995. Her leadership journey began with an assignment as Head of Division of Human Resource. She was later entrusted as Head of the Subdirectorate, followed by her role as Advisor to the Director General for Human Resources Development and Management Affairs at the Directorate General of Taxes. In 2019, she was promoted to the rank of Echelon II as Head of Regional Tax Office. On April 13, 2022, she was assigned as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Services Affairs at the Directorate General of Taxes. Since February 2026, she has been serving as Head of East Java III Regional Tax Office. Throughout her service, she has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medal for X and XX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as various forms of recognition for her contributions, including awards for the organization of international scholarship selection and the annual SGATAR meeting. Head of West Kalimantan Regional Tax Office DUDI EFENDI KARNAWIDJAYA, S.T., M.M., M.S.A. Dudi Efendi Karnawidjaya was appointed as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) in March 1995, marking the start of his career as a public servant within the Ministry of Finance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and pursued postgraduate studies, earning a Master of Management from Padjadjaran University as well as a Master of Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States. These programs were completed under official study leave, reflecting his strong commitment to professional development. Throughout his career, Dudi has held various strategic positions. He served as Head of Subdirectorate, Head of Division, and Head of Tax Office. Head of Central and South Kalimantan Regional Tax Office ANTON BUDHI SETIAWAN, S.P., M.M. Anton Budhi Setiawan earned a Master’s degree in Management from the Postgraduate Program of Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2001. He began his career as a Civil Service Candidate at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on September 1, 1995. In 2011, he was appointed as Head of Tax Office, then in 2012 as Head of Medium Taxpayers Tax Office, and in 2016 he served as Head of Large Taxpayers Tax Office. Later, in 2020, he assumed the position of Head of Division. In 2022, he was appointed as Head of Subdirectorate. On September 2, 2024, he was officially appointed as Head of Regional Tax Office. Since February 2026, he has been serving as Head of Central and South Kalimantan Regional Tax Office. In recognition of his dedication and integrity throughout his career, Anton Budhi Setiawan has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medals for X Years (2006) and XX Years (2023) of Service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. He also received a Certificate of Appreciation from Director General of Taxes (2016), an award from Ministry of Finance for exceeding 100% of revenue targets (2018), and was named Best Primary Tax Office Head Level II (2017). Under his leadership, the unit he managed earned the title of Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Zone (2019). In 2024, he was selected as a Transformation Ambassador of the Ministry of Finance by the Directorate of Business Process Transformation in recognition of his commitment to supporting bureaucratic reform and public service excellence. Head of South, West and Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office IMANUL HAKIM, Ak., M.S.F. Imanul Hakim began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on March 1, 1988, at the Ministry of Finance. From the outset of his career, he has consistently demonstrated dedication and integrity in carrying out his duties, earning the trust to hold various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). Academically, he earned a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States. He has served as head office in some tax offices, head of subdirectorate, and head of large taxpayers tax office. At the regional leadership level, he served as Head of Aceh Regional Tax Office, Head of Riau Islands Regional Tax Office, and currently holds the position of Head of South, West and Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office since February 2026. In recognition of his dedication, he has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya XX Year in 2008 and the Satyalancana Karya Satya XXX Year three times in 2022 by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. Head of North, Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo and North Moluccas Regional Tax Office ARDIYANTO BASUKI, S.E., M.Com Ardiyanto Basuki began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1999. Academically, Ardiyanto holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Throughout his career, he has held various important and strategic positions. His leadership journey began as Head of Tax Office, followed by his appointment as Head of Subdirectorate. On May 31, 2024 he appointed as Head of Regional Tax Office. Since February 2026, he has been serving as Head of North, Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo and North Moluccas Regional Tax Office. His dedication and contributions to taxation are further reflected in the various awards he has received and his active participation in national and international seminars and forums. He was once recognized as the Best Tax Office Head in West Kalimantan, contributed to the publication Gemilang 2021, and was part of the writing team for Cerita Inspirasi Transformasi dan Inovasi. Additionally, he actively participated in numerous fiscal policy and tax reform seminars, including international annual meetings such as the 49th SGATAR. |
