Dr. Bimo Wijayanto, S.E., Ak., M.B.A., Ph.D.

Bimo Wijayanto completed his undergraduate education at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), earning a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting (S.E., Ak.) in 2000. He then pursued his graduate studies under a government-sponsored program at the University of Queensland, Australia, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2005. In 2015, he completed his doctoral studies and received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Canberra, Australia. For his doctoral research, he received the Hadi Soesastro Australia Award in 2014. He also completed a postdoctoral program at Duke University in the United States.
Dr. Wijayanto began his career in public service on December 1, 2002, as a civil servant candidate at the Ministry of Finance, assigned to the Directorate General of Taxes. He held various strategic roles, including Head of the Section for Macroeconomic Policy Impact within the Directorate of Potential, Compliance, and Revenue (2007–2009). From 2016 to 2020, he served as Senior Expert Staff at the Executive Office of the President (Kantor Staf Presiden/KSP). In 2020, he was appointed Assistant Deputy for Strategic Investment at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investment Affairs. In 2024, he was entrusted with the role of Secretary to the Deputy for Economic and Investment Cooperation at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs.
On May 23, 2025, Dr. Wijayanto was officially appointed as Director General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.

Secretary of the Directorate General

NURBAETI MUNAWAROH, S.E., Ak., M.M

Nurbaeti Munawaroh earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1995 and pursued postgraduate studies at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, where she obtained her Master of Management in 2001.

She began her public service career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1996, progressively taking on strategic assignments at the administrative level. In 2015, she was appointed as Head of Tax Office. Her leadership was further strengthened in the large taxpayers sector, serving as Head of Medium Taxpayers Tax Office in 2019 and Head of Foreign Investment Tax Office in 2021.

Her career reached the echelon of senior leadership when she was appointed Head of Regional Tax Office on March 17, 2023. Subsequently, in February, 2026, she assumed the position of Secretary of the Directorate General.

In recognition of her dedication and professionalism, she has received several awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X Year Medal (2008) and XX Year Medal (2016) from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. She has also enhanced her leadership and interpersonal skills through non-governmental recognitions, such as the Vibrant Leadership Award from Vanaya Indonesia (2023) and a Leadership Character & Interpersonal Skills Certificate from HeartSpeaks Indonesia (2021). Furthermore, she has contributed as a resource person in tax education programs, including serving as a speaker for the Tax Center Training Series 2020 at Universitas Brawijaya.

Director of Tax Regulations I

HESTU YOGA SAKSAMA

Hestu Yoga Saksama earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting, from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, in 1992, and obtained a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, United States, in 2001.

Since beginning his career at the Directorate General of Taxes, he has held numerous key positions in both technical and managerial capacities. His field experience includes serving as Head of the Audit, Investigation, and Tax Collection Division at the West Java III Regional Tax Office, followed by his appointment as Head of the Medium Tax Office (KPP) Sidoarjo. He also led the regulatory unit at the Directorate of Tax Regulation I before being entrusted with the positions of Head of North, Central, Gorontalo, and North Maluku Regional Tax Office, and later Head of East Java I Regional Tax Office.

In 2016, he was appointed Director of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations. Since February 5, 2021, he has served as Director of Tax Regulations I.

In recognition of his dedication and performance, he has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya medals for XX and XXX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, the 2021 Exemplary State Civil Apparatus Award from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, and the Nagara Dana Rakca Madya Award from the Ministry of Finance. He also played an active role in preparing the Directorate General of Taxes’ Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2023, which earned an Unqualified Opinion, and was part of the organizing committee for the 49th SGATAR Annual Meeting.

With his extensive experience in tax regulation, public service, and supervision at both regional and central levels, he is recognized as a professional, meticulous, and committed figure in strengthening national tax policy.

Director of Tax Regulations II

HERI KUSWANTO, S.E., Ak., M.Si

Heri Kuswanto holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Sciences. Since his appointment as a Candidate for Civil Servant in March 1996, he has served the Directorate General of Taxes through various assignments in the areas of supervision, public service, and tax regulation.

In 2011, he was promoted to the administrative level (Echelon III) as Head of Ternate Tax Office. He later served as Head of Foreign Investment IV Tax Office, Head of Foreign Investment I Tax Office, and Head of Cikupa Tax Office. Following these assignments, he held the position of Head of the Subdirectorate of Withholding Tax and Individual Income Tax Regulations at the Directorate of Tax Regulations II.

In 2022, he was promoted to the senior executive level (Echelon II) as Head of Papua, West Papua, and Maluku Regional Tax Office, before being assigned as Head of South, West, and Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office. Since June 13, 2025, he has served as Director of Tax Regulations II.

In recognition of his service, he was awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya medal for XX years of service by the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

With comprehensive experience spanning technical operations, field leadership, and regulatory formulation, he is recognized as a professional leader committed to legal certainty and the continuous improvement of the national taxation system.

Director of Tax Audit and Collection

IRAWAN

Irawan began his career at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as a Civil Service Candidate in March 1988. He earned a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, United States. Irawan has a long and comprehensive track record in various strategic positions within the DGT. His early leadership experience as Head of Division in 2006, laid a solid foundation for his subsequent roles. Following his tenure as Head of Medium Taxpayers Tax Office and Head of Subdirectorate, Irawan was entrusted with the position of Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs in 2013. His expertise in regulation and enforcement led to his appointment as Director of Tax Regulations I in the same year. In 2016, he began serving in key regional leadership roles as head office in some regional tax offices. He has been Director of Audit and Tax Collection since February 2026, having previously held that position in 2019.

For his dedication and integrity, Irawan has received several awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya XX Medal from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, recognition for ten consecutive years of Unqualified Audit Opinions (WTP) on financial reports (2011–2020), and acknowledgment for his contributions in the 2017 Best Regional Office Selection of the Ministry of Finance.

Director of Tax Extensification and Valuation

SUPARNO

Suparno holds a Master’s degree in Management and has served the Directorate General of Taxes since his appointment as a Candidate for Civil Servant in March 1995.

His leadership experience began as Head of Tax Office (KPP) Ternate, followed by his roles as Head of Division of Technical Support and Consultation at South and Central Kalimantan Regional Tax Office, and Head of Medium Taxpayers Tax Office (KPP) Surabaya. In 2016, he was promoted to the senior executive level (Echelon II) as Head of Nusa Tenggara Regional Tax Office, subsequently serving as Head of Central Java I Regional Tax Office and Head of West Jakarta Regional Tax Office.

Since February 16, 2024, he has served as Director of Tax Extensification and Valuation. In recognition of his dedication and service, he has received the Satyalancana Karya Satya medals for X and XX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

With extensive experience in public service, supervision, and the strengthening of tax extensification policies, he is recognized as a professional leader committed to expanding the tax base and ensuring transparent and accountable valuation practices.

Director of Law Enforcement

Dr. SAMINGUN, Ak., M.Ak.

Samingun began his service at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) in March 1992. With a strong background in accounting, he obtain a Master of Accounting and a Doctorate in Managerial Accounting from the University of Indonesia.

His career at DGT reflects consistent expertise in managing state revenue and advancing tax supervision reforms. He has held several key positions as Head of Subdirectorates. In 2021, he was appointed as Head of Medium Taxpayers Tax Office. He subsequently served as Head of Regional Tax Office. Since February 2026, he has been entrusted as Director of Law Enforcement.

Director of Objection and Appeals

ETTY RACHMIYANTHI

Etty Rachmiyanthi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the Bogor Agricultural Institute in 1992. Subsequently, through a fully funded study assignment, she pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Bath, United Kingdom, and obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration in 1999.

Beginning her service as a Candidate for Civil Servant on October 1, 1993, she has built her structural career at the Directorate General of Taxes through various significant assignments. Her administrative career began in 2009 as Head of Division of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations at West Kalimantan Regional Tax Office. In 2011, she was entrusted with leading the Pontianak Tax Office, followed by her appointments as Head of Division of Tax Deductions, Objections, and Appeals at Central Jakarta Regional Tax Office in 2012, and later as Head of Division of Objections, Appeals, and Deductions at the same office in 2015.

In 2017, she was appointed Head of Subdirectorate of Appeals and Lawsuit II at the Directorate of Objection and Appeals, before moving in 2020 to head the Subdirectorate of Appeals and Lawsuit I. In 2021, she returned to the field as Head of Large Taxpayer I Tax Office. Her career advanced to the senior executive level (Echelon II) when she was appointed Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Office on March 17, 2023. Effective September 2, 2024, she was assigned as Head of Central Java II Regional Tax Office. On June 13, 2025, she was appointed Director of Objection and Appeals.

In recognition of her dedication and service, she has received several awards from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, including the Ten-Year Service Award Certificate (2004) and the Satyalancana Karya Satya medal for X years of service (2005). These honors reflect her consistency and commitment in fulfilling her duties as a state civil apparatus with integrity and professionalism.

Director of Potential, Compliance and Revenue

EUREKA PUTRA, S.E., Ak., M.Sc., Ph.D.

Eureka Putra earned his Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Airlangga University in 1999, followed by a Master of Accountancy from the University of Illinois in 2002. In 2014, he completed his doctoral studies at Yamaguchi University, Japan, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.).

Beginning his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on March 1, 1992, he has undertaken various assignments across different functions and levels within the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). His structural career at the administrator level began when he was appointed as head of tax office in 2015. In 2020, he assumed the role of Head of Subdirectorate. His proven competence, experience, and leadership led to his appointment as Head of Regional Tax Office on September 2, 2024. He has been serving as Director of Potential, Compliance and Revenue since February 2026.

As a recognition of his dedicated service, he has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya X (2005), XX (2019), and XXX (2022) medals by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. These honors reflect his dedication, loyalty, and integrity as a civil servant for over three decades.

Director of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations

ROSMAULI, S.H., L.L.M.

Rosmauli earned a Bachelor of Laws degree with a specialization in Civil Law from Universitas Indonesia in 1994. In 2001, through a fully funded study assignment, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University, United States.

Beginning her service as a Candidate for Civil Servant at the Directorate General of Taxes on March 1, 1995, Rosmauli commenced her administrative career in 2010 as Head of Division of Tax Dissemination, Service, and Public Relations at Bali Regional Tax Office. In 2012, she was appointed Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Regulations Harmonization at the Directorate of Tax Regulation II. She later served as Head of Tax Office (KPP) Jakarta Sawah Besar Dua in 2016, and Head of Foreign Investment One Tax Office starting in 2019.

In 2022, she was assigned as Head of Large Taxpayers Three Tax Office, before being entrusted on May 31, 2024, with the role of Head of Bengkulu and Lampung Regional Tax Office. Most recently, on June 13, 2025, she was appointed Director of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations.

Throughout her service, Rosmauli has received numerous awards in recognition of her dedication and performance, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya from the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2006 and the Satyalancana Karya Satya medal for 20 years of service in 2016. She also played a key role in preparing the Directorate General of Taxes’ Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2022, which achieved the highest rating of an Unqualified Opinion, and received an award from the Lampung Provincial Information Commission as an Informative Public Body in 2024.

Rosmauli is also recognized for her active role in strengthening public communication and empowering internal organizational capacity. In 2024, the unit she led ranked first among Echelon II units for best Employee Advocacy amplification within the Directorate General of Taxes.
