DWI ASTUTI, S. H., M. Ec.
Dwi Astuti began her career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on January 1, 1992. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lampung and later pursued postgraduate studies through a government-sponsored program at Yokohama University, Japan, where she obtained a Master of Arts in Economics.
Her career journey spans various strategic positions at both the DGT headquarters and regional offices. She has served as Head of Subdirectorates in Directorate of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations, Directorate of Objection and Appeal, and Directorate of International Taxation. Her regional experience includes holding key positions as Head of Division at Regional Tax Offices. She also led several Tax Offices. She later returned to the headquarters to serve as Director of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations. On June 13, 2025, she was entrusted to lead the Regional Tax Office. Since February 2026, she has been leading Directorate of International Taxation.
Her long-standing dedication and consistent service have earned her numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya for X, XX, and XXX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, she holds several prestigious international certifications in international taxation from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), including the Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation, as well as specialized professional training in Tax Treaties and Transfer Pricing.
