Director of Tax Data and Information Dr. EDDI WAHYUDI, S.T., M.M Dr. Wahyudi earned a Master’s degree in Management from Gadjah Mada University. He later obtained a Doctorate in Business Management from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB). He began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1998. Throughout his career, Dr. Wahyudi has held various key positions at both regional and headquarters levels. He previously served as Head of Division, Head of Subdirectorate, Head of Tax Office and subsequently as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs. His leadership further advanced with appointments as Head of Regional Tax Offices. Since February, 2026, he has been serving as Director of Tax Data and Information. In his pursuit of professional development, he has participated in numerous training programs, workshops, and certification courses, both domestically and internationally. These include the Transformational Leadership Program, Comparative Tax Policy and Administration at Harvard Kennedy School, and the Professional Certificate in Strategy Execution from GML Performance Consulting. He has also completed programs in leadership, organizational development, conflict management, coaching, and structured interviewing. For his contributions and dedication, Dr. Eddi Wahyudi has received several accolades, including Cum Laude Graduate and Second Best Academic Achievement Award from UII Yogyakarta, as well as the Integrity Zone (ZI) – Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and Clean Serving Bureaucracy Zone (WBBM) Award from the Ministry of Finance for North Sumatra I Regional Tax Office under his leadership in 2022. |

Director of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation Dr. HERU NARWANTA, SP.I, M.Si Heru Narwanta began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1991. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, followed by a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. Demonstrating his strong commitment to academic advancement, he also attained a Doctoral degree from the same university. Throughout his career, Dr. Heru Narwanta has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes. He has served as Head of Division at the Regional Tax Offices. Subsequently, he was entrusted to lead Tax Offices. In his further career progression, Dr. Heru assumed structural positions at the DGT Headquarters as Head of Subdirectorate. On March 17, 2023, he was promoted as Head of Regional Tax Office. Since February 2026, He was entrusted as Director of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation. In recognition of his dedication, he has received multiple awards, particularly for achieving tax revenue targets during his leadership at various tax offices. He has also been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya X and XX medals by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, signifying his long-standing commitment, integrity, and service excellence within the taxation institution. Director of Information and Communication Technology HANTRIONO JOKO SUSILO Hantriono Joko Susilo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Industry and pursued a Master’s degree in Taxation. Since his appointment as a Civil Servant Candidate in March 1991, he has dedicated his career to serving within the Directorate General of Taxes through various strategic assignments. His leadership journey began as Head of Division of Land and Building Tax (PBB) and Duty on the Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) at Jakarta IV Regional Tax Office. He was subsequently entrusted as Head of Subdirectorate of Tax Extensification and Valuation Development at Directorate of Business Process Transformation, followed by an assignment as Head of Division of Organization and Governance. In 2015, he was promoted to the rank of Echelon II as Director of Business Process Transformation, and later assigned as Head of South, West, and Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office. Since October 4, 2021, he has served as Director of Information and Communication Technology. For his dedication and service, he has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medal for X, XX, and XXX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, as a mark of appreciation for his service within the Ministry of Finance. With strong experience in organizational development, business process transformation, and tax information technology, he is recognized as an innovative and professional leader with a strong commitment to modernizing information and technology systems in support of optimizing state revenue.

Director of Business Process Transformation MUKHAMMAD FAISAL ARTJAN, S.E., M.A., Ph.D. Mukhammad Faisal Artjan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia in 2000 and both a Master of Arts and a Doctoral degree in International Development from Nagoya University, Japan. Since 1996, he has served at the Directorate General of Taxes, holding various strategic positions, ranging from staff member in the Division of Organization and Procedures, Head of Section in several units, to Head of Tax Office. In 2025, he was entrusted as Advisor to the Director General for Human Resources Development and Management Affairs at the Directorate General of Taxes. He then was appointed as Director of Business Process Transformation on February, 2026 Throughout his career, he has actively participated in various training programs, both domestically and abroad, including the TADAT Assessment Program by the IMF–ATO Australia, as well as numerous workshops and seminars on tax administration and risk management. In addition, he is known for his active contributions in writing on taxation and public policy, producing articles, scholarly publications, and books. For his academic and professional contributions, he has received several awards, including the ADB–JSP Scholarship and the Japanese Government Scholarship (Monbusho). With his academic background, international experience, and proven track record in organizational management and tax administration transformation, he is recognized as a competent professional with strong dedication to developing human resources within the Directorate General of Taxes. |

Director of International Taxation DWI ASTUTI, S. H., M. Ec. Dwi Astuti began her career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on January 1, 1992. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lampung and later pursued postgraduate studies through a government-sponsored program at Yokohama University, Japan, where she obtained a Master of Arts in Economics. Her career journey spans various strategic positions at both the DGT headquarters and regional offices. She has served as Head of Subdirectorates in Directorate of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations, Directorate of Objection and Appeal, and Directorate of International Taxation. Her regional experience includes holding key positions as Head of Division at Regional Tax Offices. She also led several Tax Offices. She later returned to the headquarters to serve as Director of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations. On June 13, 2025, she was entrusted to lead the Regional Tax Office. Since February 2026, she has been leading Directorate of International Taxation. Her long-standing dedication and consistent service have earned her numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya for X, XX, and XXX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. In addition, she holds several prestigious international certifications in international taxation from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), including the Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation, as well as specialized professional training in Tax Treaties and Transfer Pricing. |

Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs Ir. SAMON JAYA, M.Si. Samon Jaya began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in October 1993. He earned a Master of Science in Development Economics from Gadjah Mada University. Throughout his career, Samon Jaya has held various key positions within the Directorate General of Taxes. He previously served as Head of Tax Office and later as Head of Subdirectorate. He also served as Head of Division at Central Jakarta Regional Tax Office. At the headquarters level, he was appointed as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs. His career further advanced as he became head office at some regional tax offices. In 2021, he was entrusted as Head of Center for Taxation Data and Document Processing. Since February 2026, he has been serving as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs. In recognition of his dedication and service, Samon Jaya has received several honors, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya XX Year Medal and Satyalancana Karya Satya XXX Year Medal, awarded by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. |

Advisor to the Director General for Human Resources Development and Management Affairs SYAMSINAR, S.P., M.Comm Syamsinar began her career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) on March 1, 1995. With an academic background in Agriculture from Hasanuddin University and a Master of Commerce (Accounting) from The University of Adelaide, Australia, she possesses a strong combination of expertise in accounting and financial management. Throughout her career, Syamsinar has held several strategic positions within the DGT. She has served as a leader in some tax offices. Her leadership journey continued when she was appointed as Head of Regional Tax Office in 2022. Since February 2026, she has been entrusted as Advisor to the Director General for Human Resources Development and Management Affairs. Her dedication to supporting bureaucratic reform and achieving organizational performance has been recognized through various awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X and XX medals from the President of Republic of Indonesia, as well as commendations from the Ministry of Finance and Regional Tax Office for outstanding unit performance—among them, the award for Second-Best Head of Office in the 2017 employee performance recognition program. With extensive experience in managing regional operational units and strong academic credentials in accounting and resource management, Syamsinar is recognized as a firm, professional, and highly dedicated leader in advancing a modern and integrity-driven Directorate General of Taxes. |

Advisor to the Director General for Tax Services Affairs Ir. KURNIAWAN NIZAR, M.Si. Kurniawan Nizar began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on October 1, 1993, at the Ministry of Finance, marking the start of his long-standing career as a bureaucrat in the field of state financial management. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and later obtained a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Yogyakarta. This strong academic foundation has reinforced his expertise in undertaking various strategic assignments in both taxation and state asset management. Kurniawan’s career began within the Directorate General of State Assets Management (DJKN), where he served as Head of Bekasi State Asset Managament and Auction Services Office (KPKNL) and Head of Aceh Regional Office of State Aset Management. In 2019, he was appointed Director of Valuation at DJKN before returning to the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) to lead West Kalimantan Regional Tax Office starting in 2022. Since February 2026, Kurniawan has been appointed as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Services Affairs. For his dedication and contribution, he has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX Years Medals by the President of the Republic of Indonesia. He was also recognized as a talent management mentor by the Ministry of Finance in 2019 and has played a key role in establishing exemplary service offices and work units designated as Corruption-Free Zones (WBK).

Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs WANSEPTA NIRWANDA, S.E., M.M. Wansepta Nirwanda began his service at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on December 1, 1991. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Islamic University of Indonesia, Yogyakarta, and later completed a Master of Management program at Sriwijaya University, Palembang. Throughout his career, Wansepta has held numerous strategic positions, including Head of the Division of Objections, Appeals, and Deductions at various Regional Tax Offices such as Central Sumatra Regional Tax Office, West Jakarta Regional Tax Office, Banten Regional Tax Office, and South Jakarta I Regional Tax Office. He also served as Head of Subdirectorate of Deductions and Objections at Directorate of Objection and Appeal and led the Tangerang Medium Taxpayers Tax Office. His leadership journey advanced further when he was appointed Head of Papua and Maluku Regional Tax Office, followed by Head of South, West, and Southeast Sulawesi Regional Tax Office. In 2021, he was entrusted with the position of Director of Objection and Appeal at the DGT Head Office before ultimately assuming his current role as Head of North Jakarta Regional Tax Office in February 2024. In 2026, He was appointed as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs. For his dedication and service, he has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya XXX Years Medal by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, recognizing his long-standing commitment and contribution to public service.

Head of Large Taxpayers Regional Tax Office R. DASTO LEDYANTO, S.H., M.Si R. Dasto Ledyanto earned his Bachelor of Law degree with a specialization in Civil Law from Airlangga University in 1990. He later pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Indonesia, obtaining a Master of Science in Tax Administration in 2003. He began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on January 1, 1992, and has since progressed through a series of strategic structural positions within the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). His administrative career commenced in 2006 as Head of Division at West Java III Regional Tax Office, followed by a similar role at South Jakarta Regional Tax Office in 2007. In 2008, he was appointed as Head of Subdirectorate. In 2012, he served as an Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs before being appointed as Director of Potential, Compliance, and Revenue in 2013. In 2015, he was entrusted with leading Regional Tax Office, before returning to headquarters in 2016 as Director of Extensification and Valuation. His strategic responsibilities continued as he served as Director of Information and Commuunication Technology (2019), followed by as Director of Tax Data and Information (2019–2024). On September 2, 2024, he was appointed as Head of West Java II Regional Tax Office. Subsequently, on February 2026, he became a Head of Large Taxpayers Regional Tax Office In recognition of his dedication and contributions, he has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya XX Year Medal (2021) and the Satyalancana Karya Satya XXX Year Medal (2022) from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. He also represented Indonesia at the 49th Annual Meeting of SGATAR in 2019 and received various institutional accolades, including contributing to the achievement of DGT’s unqualified audit opinion (WTP) for ten consecutive years (2011–2021) and recognition at DGT IT Summit in 2021. |
