IHSAN PRIYAWIBAWA

Ihsan Priyawibawa earned a Master of Business Taxation (MBT) and has served the Directorate General of Taxes since his appointment as a Candidate for Civil Servant in March 1989.

Throughout his career, he has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Taxes. His leadership journey began as Head of Division, followed by his role as Head of Subdirectorate. He later led some Tax Offices.

Subsequently, he was assigned as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Law Supervision and Enforcement Affairs at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Taxes. On March 13, 2020, he served as Director of Potential, Compliance, and Revenue. Since February 2026, he has been leading Special Jakarta Regional Tax Office.

In recognition of his dedication and contributions, he has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya medals for X, XX, and XXX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. He was also named Best Tax Office Head and Best Strategic Unit Tax Office Head at the national level.

With extensive experience in administration, revenue evaluation, supervision, and the development of tax potential, he is recognized as a competent and professional leader committed to enhancing compliance and optimizing tax revenue.

 

Head of Aceh Regional Tax Office

AHMAD DJAMHARI, S.E., M.Tax

Ahmad Djamhari began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) in March 1995. Holding a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver, United States, he is widely recognized for his strong expertise in management and taxation.

Throughout his career, he has held numerous key positions as some Head of Tax Offices and Head of Subdirectorate. His career further advanced as he was entrusted to lead several strategic Regional Tax Offices. Since February 2026, he has been serving as Head of Aceh Regional Tax Office.

In addition to his roles within the DGT, he also served as Head of Center for Taxation Data and Document Processing, demonstrating his contributions to information technology and data management.

His consistent dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya for X and XX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as the Outstanding Tax Office Head Award in 2010. He was also part of the team that contributed to the preparation of DGT’s financial statements, which received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) for the fiscal year 2023.

With his combined field experience, managerial expertise, and strong academic background, Ahmad Djamhari is regarded as a comprehensive leader supporting Indonesia’s tax administration reform and transformation.

Head of North Sumatra I Regional Tax Office

BELIS SISWANTO, S.E., Ak., M.A.

Belis Siswanto earned a Master’s degree in Administration. Since his appointment as a Civil Servant Candidate in March 1997, he has devoted his career to serving within the Ministry of Finance, particularly at the Directorate General of Taxes.

His leadership journey began as Head Tax Office, Head of Division, led the Large Taxpayer Tax Office, and was entrusted as Head of Subdirectorate. In 2019, he was promoted to the rank of Echelon II as Head of Regional Tax Office. He later served as Inspector within the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Finance. Since June 13, 2025, he has been entrusted with the position of Director of Internal Compliance and Apparatus Transformation. Since February 2026, He was entrusted as Head of North Sumatra I Regional Tax Office 

For his dedication and contributions, he has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medal for X and XX Years of Service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, recognition as a Pioneer in the Transformation of Integrity Zones towards Corruption-Free Areas, the award for Best Regional Office at the Ministry of Finance level, and acknowledgment as a Talent in the Ministry of Finance’s Talent Management Program.

With extensive experience in service delivery, supervision, development of tax potential, bureaucratic reform, and strengthening of internal compliance systems, he is recognized as a figure of integrity, professionalism, and consistency in advancing governance improvements within the Ministry of Finance.

Head of North Sumatra II Regional Tax Office

DIONYSIUS LUCAS HENDRAWAN, S.E., M.Si.

Dionysius Lucas Hendrawan pursued postgraduate studies at Airlangga University, where he obtained a Master of Science in Tax Administration in 2007. He began his service as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on November 1, 1993. His career in structural administrative positions started in 2009 when he was appointed Head Tax Office. In 2012, he was entrusted with the role of Head of Division. His journey to senior leadership began in 2016 when he was appointed Head of Regional Tax Office. Since February 2026, He was appointed as Head of North Sumatra II Regional Tax Office.

Throughout his career, he has received various awards for his performance and dedication, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya for X Years (2010), XX Years (2015), and XXX Years (2024) of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia. He has also earned multiple institutional awards in the areas of revenue security, tax return compliance, and excellence in service delivery at the Directorate General of Taxes. Other accolades include service excellence competition awards, achievements in exceeding revenue targets, and active participation in internal events, such as the 39th SGATAR in Bali.

His consistency, integrity, and proven track record of performance establish him as one of the seasoned leaders in managing tax offices across Indonesia’s strategic regions.

Head of Riau Regional Tax Office

YFR HERMIYANA, S.E., M.Si.

YFR Hermiyana began his career as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) at Directorate General of Customs and Excise on December 1, 1989. From the outset, he demonstrated a strong commitment to the fields of customs and taxation. He earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Indonesia, further enhancing his expertise in public policy and management.

Over more than three decades of service, YFR Hermiyana has held various strategic positions within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise as well as in cross-directorate institutions. His career began as Head of Division. He later served as Head of Subdirectorate and subsequently as Director of Business Process Efficiency at the National Single Window Institution (LNSW) for two consecutive terms from 2019 to 2024. 

After serving as Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and Intensification Affairs, he was entrusted with the position of Head of Regional Tax Office effective June 13, 2025. Since February 2026, He has been serving as Head of Riau Regional Tax Office. His cross-directorate assignments reflect the high level of trust placed in his capabilities and proven track record in institutional transformation and optimizing state revenue.

Head of Riau Islands Regional Tax Office

MEKAR SATRIA UTAMA

Mekar Satria Utama earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master of Professional Accounting, and a Doctoral degree. Since his appointment as a Civil Servant Candidate in November 1993, he has dedicated his career to serving at the Directorate General of Taxes through various strategic assignments.

His leadership journey began as Head of Medium Taxpayers Tax Office, followed by his tenure as Head of Foreign Investment Tax Office and Head of Large Taxpayer Tax Office. He was later assigned as Advisor to the Director General for Human Resources Development and Management Affairs at the Directorate General of Taxes. In 2012, he was promoted to the rank of Echelon  II as Head Regional Tax Office. He subsequently served as Director of Tax Dissemination, Services, and Public Relations; Head of Large Taxpayer Regional Tax Office; Director of International Taxation; and since February 2026 as Head of Riau Islands Regional Tax Office.

For his dedication and contributions, he has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medal for X, XX, and XXX years of service from the President of the Republic of Indonesia; a Certificate of Appreciation as the Initiator of the Tax Data Integration Program; and an award from KORPRI (the Indonesian Civil Servants Corps) for his service.

Head of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Islands Regional Tax Office

RETNO SRI SULISTYANI

Retno Sri Sulistyani began her service at the Ministry of Finance as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on October 1, 1993. She obtained a Master of Arts in Economics at The City University London, United Kingdom. Her career at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) reflects consistent progress through various strategic roles, particularly in general affairs, planning, and organizational management. She previously served as Head of General Affairs, Head of Division of Planning and Human Resources Development, and Head of Division of Organization and Governance. She was also appointed as Head of Tax Office.

Her expertise in strategic management and organizational transformation led to her appointment as Head of Regional Tax Office in 2022 making her one of the senior female leaders with an extensive track record in strengthening organizational governance within the Directorate General of Taxes. Since February 2026, He was apponted as Head of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung Islands Regional Tax Office.

In recognition of her dedication, she has received several awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X and XX medals, an Executive Coaching Certificate from the Ministry of Finance, and an international award from ICLPST Taiwan.

Head of the Bengkulu and Lampung Regional Tax Office

SIGIT DANANG JOYO, S.H., DESS. AF.

Sigit Danang Joyo earned a Master of Laws in Taxation and has dedicated his career to the Directorate General of Taxes, serving in various strategic areas, particularly in regulation, legal advocacy, and supervision.

In 2010, he was assigned to the Cabinet Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia. Subsequently, in 2012, he served at the Presidential Working Unit for Supervision and Control of Development (UKP4). In 2014, he returned to the Directorate General of Taxes.

Upon his return, he held several strategic positions, including Head of Subdirectorate, as well as leading Tax Office and Medium Taxpayer Tax Office. In 2023, he was promoted to the senior executive position (Echelon II) as Head of Regional Tax Office. Since February 2026, he has been leading Bengkulu and Lampung Regional Tax Office.

In recognition of his dedication and performance, he has received numerous awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya medals for X, XX, and XXX years of service, as well as the Extraordinary Performance Promotion Award.

With his technical expertise, field leadership, and cross-institutional assignments, he has been entrusted with the position of Secretary of Directorate General of Taxes since 2025.

Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Offices

Ir. TARMIZI, M.Si.

Tarmizi is a senior official at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) with extensive experience in the field of taxation. He was appointed as a Civil Service Candidate (CPNS) on October 1, 1993, marking the beginning of his service at the Ministry of Finance. He earned his a master’s degree in Development Economics at Gadjah Mada University. 

Tarmizi’s career advanced rapidly, beginning with his appointment as Head of Division in 2010. Subsequently, he was assigned to lead several key tax service offices demonstrating his expertise in managing complex tax service operations. His leadership trajectory continued as he was appointed Head of Regional Tax Office in 2019. Since February 2026, He was appointed as Head of West Sumatra and Jambi Regional Tax Offices.

Tarmizi’s dedication and achievements have been recognized through various honors, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX Year medals awarded by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as recognition for achieving an Unqualified Opinion (Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian/WTP) in DGT's 2023 financial statements.

With a background in engineering and economics, coupled with extensive leadership experience across various DGT units, Tarmizi is widely regarded as a resilient, dedicated, and highly principled figure in supporting the transformation of Indonesia's tax administration.

Head of Central Jakarta Regional Tax Office

KINDY RINALDY SYAHRIR

Kindy Rinaldy Syahrir began his service as a Candidate for Civil Servant (CPNS) at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance on December 1, 2002. He has built his career through a series of strategic assignments within the Ministry of Finance, including serving as Head of Division at the Fiscal Policy Agency, Head of Division at Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, and was once seconded to Bureau of Human Resources at Secretariat General. In 2025, he was entrusted with the position of Advisor to the Director General for Tax Extensification and intensification affairs. Since February 2026, he has been leading Central Jakarta Regional Tax Office.

Academically, he earned his Bachelor's degree from The University of New South Wales, his Master's degree from The University of Sydney, and his Doctoral degree from Universitas Padjadjaran.

In recognition of his service, he has been awarded the Satyalancana Karya Satya Medal for 10 and 20 years of service by the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
