A total of 148 participants engaged in the online Coretax education held by the Foreign Investment One Tax Office in Kalibata, South Jakarta (Wednesday, 11/12).
Foreign Investment One Tax Office broadcasted about the Core Tax Administration System called Coretax to the public through instagram live @pajakpma1.
“Coretax education should reach more participation. We wish that this live broadcast can be accessed effectively,” said the Head of Foreign Investment One Tax Office, Oding Rifaldi.
Starting from 1:30 p.m., hundreds of viewers had been connected to the online dissemination led by Tax Instructor, Sondang Romian Purba. For half an hour, Sondang explained the significant adjustments attached in the Coretax application.
“One of the major changes is reporting Value Added Tax where taxpayers no longer create tax invoices, pay and submit the report in a separate application. Next year, with Coretax, all the tax administration business will be carried through one window,” Sondang added.
Coretax is an internet-based application so that it can be accessed by taxpayers anytime and from anywhere.
“Coretax allows taxpayers to update data instantly. Hence, once the company hires new tax employees, the company should immediately change the information,” said Sondang.
The participants showed excitement through the online discussion session. A series of questions written by the viewers were answered by the Tax Instructor at once during the live broadcast.
“We will continue to educate taxpayers both through offline and online format tax classes to accommodate more aspirations from the community,” concluded Sondang.
