In regard to the invitation from Pertamina Hulu Energi, the Oil and Gas Tax Office (KPP Migas) conducted a socialization and simulation of filling in and reporting e-SPOP for Land and Building Tax in the Oil and Gas Sector at the PHE Tower Meeting Hall, Jakarta (Wednesday, 1/3).

Organized as a hybrid event, Pertamina Hulu Energi, Pertamina Hulu Energi Subsidiaries, and Pertamina Hulu Energi Partners attended the event either physically (offline) or online through video conference as participants.

As the host, Pertamina Hulu Energi Tax Manager Arif Samsul Hadi opened the event with welcome remarks. Hadi welcomed this event, which could already be held in a hybrid manner. "Today I feel happy because we can gather again in this hall to take part in this socialization in person, as for the past three years we had not been able to hold offline events in this hall because of the Covid-19 pandemic," said Hadi. He expected this event could mark the end of the pandemic era and start a new economic rise in Indonesia.

Furthermore, the event continued with the socialization of the administration of Land and Building Tax in the oil and gas mining sector, which was delivered by the KPP Migas Tax Assessor, Ringgo Bellayuda. In his presentation, he conveyed several change points in the Land and Building Tax in the oil and gas sector affected by the existence of a new regulation, PMK-234/PMK.03/2022.

In addition, Bellayuda also reminded all participants about the e-SPOP reporting deadline. "The deadline for reporting the e-SPOP for Land and Building Tax in the oil and gas sector is indeed March 3, but I suggest that participants can report the e-SPOP no later than March 2 to avoid undesirable network issues," he said.

The socialization was concluded with a question-and-answer session related to e-SPOP filling and reporting, in which both offline and online participants asked questions and consulted concerning the problems they encountered both in filling out and in reporting e-SPOP.

Ringgo Bellayuda and his team took turns in providing answers and solutions to the issues experienced by the participants. At the end of the event, many participants succeeded in reporting the e-SPOP of Land and Building Tax in the oil and gas sector.

KPP Migas hopes that through this event, taxpayers know how to fill in the e-SPOP correctly and upload it on time before the e-SPOP reporting deadline.
